Why it Works

Our local program works because it follows the successful format of the Houston Fit program, which has been refined and improved over the past 12 years. The Runner's World Golden Shoe Award winning USA Fit San Francisco programs have improved the health, fitness and wellness of thousands of people each year throughout the USA, Canada and around the world. Our USA Fit San Francisco coaches are certified by USA Fit San Francisco, and have successfully completed many marathons themselves. We coach from personal experience in completing the USA Fit San Francisco program locally or in other cities, and we're excited to share our experience with you - come join us.
